We are starting to introduce the NHS Digital First approach that lets patients use new online ways to get in touch with us. This does not replace existing ways to contact us, but offers additional ways for those who like to be more digital!

We do not think our online service can help as you have said your problem is not administrative or about a medical problem. Please call reception on 0161 231 4997 for assistance.
This system is for non-urgent requests only. Call 999 now if you have any of the following:
Signs of a heart attack pain like a very tight band, heavy weight or squeezing in the centre of your chest |
Signs of a stroke face drooping on one side, can’t hold both arms up, difficulty speaking |
Severe difficulty breathing gasping, not being able to get words out, choking or lips turning blue |
Heavy bleeding that won’t stop and spraying, pouring or enough to make a puddle |
Severe injuries or deep cuts after a serious accident |
Seizure (fit) someone is shaking or jerking because of a fit, or is unconscious (can’t be woken up) |
Sudden confusion (delirium) cannot be sure of own name or age, slurred speech or not making sense |
Suicide attempt by taking something or self-harming |
Sudden, rapid swelling of the lips, mouth, throat or tongue |
Labour or childbirth water breaking, more frequent intense cramps (contractions), baby coming or just born |
Signs of a severe infection (sepsis) blue, grey, pale or blotchy skin, lips, tongue, palms of soles; a rash that does not fade when you roll a glass over it or high temperature with a stiff neck or bothered by light |
This service is for non-urgent requests only. We aim to respond within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). If you would like a quicker response then please call reception.
If you would like an appointment then you can check our online appointment availability using the NHS app. You can submit your request but this does not guarantee we will provide an appointment. We may provide advice or signpost you to the most suitable healthcare provider. If you'd prefer to speak with us instead then please call reception.
