You can make an appointment by phoning or calling at the surgery. Please inform the receptionist if you need to be seen urgently, you can be seen the same day, you will usually be phoned by a doctor or nurse to see what the problem is and to give you advice or an appointment .
If you wish to see the doctor of your choice you may have to wait longer then 24 hours.

Telephone Consultations
The way we deal with telephone consultations is changing. When patients request a telephone consultation with a Doctor our reception staff will now ask for a little more information. This will help us deal with your problem more quickly and efficiently. Confidentiality will be strictly maintained. The Doctor may be able to deal with the problem without calling you back and then the receptionist will call you. Please give some idea of how quickly you need a response. Thank you for your co-operation with this.
